The waves of change in the current and near-future operating  environment are growing. Nonprofits that can successfully navigate these  changes and risks must tap all their resources. Creative Collaboration  is a powerful resource, yet it is often not fully understood and  leveraged.

In this workshop, you will:

• learn that collaborative relationships can be intentionally built inside the organization and with external partners using a blueprint that has seven design elements;
• receive a detailed assessment tool to evaluate your current level of collaboration and identify strengths and weaknesses; and
• be able to follow a 10 page handout providing concrete action steps that turn the blueprint and assessment into purposeful progress.
