Over two 1.5 hour sessions (May 3 and 10), you will  develop your leadership capacity to lead your organization through the  challenges of an unpredictable, rapidly changing environment.

You will learn how to assess your organization's  strengths and weaknesses to identify practical opportunities to  strengthen your team, organization, or coalition so it can adapt to  change.

You will learn how to apply a blueprint (mindset, heartset, and skillset) that builds your competence and clarity to take  effective action that honors diverse perspectives and unifies.

You will gain a language for starting meaningful  conversations about the four cornerstone skills of creative  collaboration and a set of practical steps you can take to deepen these  conversations.

You will understand the cultural conditions that  leaders must foster to tap the full potential or an a team,  organization, or coalition.

You will receive a set of practice guides that enable you to implement the blueprint, and a copy of the book, Uniting by Design: the Architecture of Creative Collaboration, with stories of collaborative leaders and additional resources to encourage your journey as a collaborative leader.

The sessions will be facilitated by Mark Bennett, the principal of Uniting by Design℠.  Mark’s recent book,  Uniting by Design, describes the interconnected forces that lead to creative collaboration. He leads workshops worldwide, and guides leaders and teams to build  healthy organizational cultures with the capacity to adapt to change and  uncertainty.
